Black Chickpeas Kuzhambu

– Pressure cook soaked black chickpeas, broken green gram, turmeric powder and asafoetida powder
– Add smashed onion, smashed garlic, grinded tomatoes, drumstick, brinjal, mango, broad beans, potato, capsicum, sambar powder, red chilly powder, corainder powder, tamarind juice and salt to the pressure cooked items
– Pressure cook again the kuzhambu for 4 whistles
– Saute vadagam, red chilly and curry leaves and add it to the kuzhambu after pressure subsides
– Garnish with coriander leaves
