Crispy Paneer Fry

– Mix 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp
pepper powder, salt and salt to a batter consistency
– In another bowl, mix 1/3 cup rice flour, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
chilly flakes and salt without adding water
– Cut paneer into thin strips like the one for french fries
– Dip the paneer in wet batter and then in the dry powder mix
– Refrigerate the paneer for 10 mins and then deep fry the paneer for just 2 mins so that it won’t turn hard
– Add 1 tbsp butter and saute big sliced onion, 2 sliced green chillies, 1/2 cup sliced capsicum, pepper powder, salt and add the fried paneer strips in it
– Add chopped coriander leaves at the end
