Fish Fry

– Clean the fish and squeeze out all the water from it
– Mix sambar powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, smashed garlic, curry leaves, salt and lemon juice in a plate for marination
– Mix all the fish in the marination mix
– Add a teaspoon of oil in the cast iron pan and keep the stove in medium flame
– Cook one side of the fish with the pan covered
– Flip it off and cook the other side with pan open
