Garlic Podi

– Saute red chillies in a pan without adding oil for a few mins
– Then saute 1 cup urad dal in a pan without adding oil until golden brown
– Then saute a handful of curry leaves until it turns crispy
– Add sesame oil in a pan and saute 50 gms chopped garlic and fry until it
gets dried up
– Grind all the dry items first and then add the fried garlic and salt to a
fine powder
