– Mix curry leaves coriander leaves paste, bengal gram flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and cauliflower florets
– Deep fry cauliflower in oil
– Add oil and sauté red chillies, chopped ginger garlic, green chillies, onion, deep fried cauliflower, curry leaves, pepper powder and salt
– Add tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes, to make gravy out of it
