Prawn Kuzhambu

– Chop brinjal or ladies finger or drumstick with mango and smash the small onions
– Add little tamarind juice, 3 small grinded tomatoes, turmeric powder, 2 1/2 tbsp sambar powder, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and salt in a bowl
– Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté vadagam, smashed onions, veggies, curry leaves and prawn at the last
– Add the kuzhambu to the above
– Once it starts boiling, keep it low flame for 5 to 10 mins
