– Pressure cook overnight soaked rajma for 5 whistles
– Chop onions, tomato, ginger, garlic and slit green chillies
– Add oil and sauté cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, cardamom, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic and tomatoes
– Add rajma, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry masala powder, coriander powder, crushed kasthuri methi and salt
– Cook in medium flame and add coriander leaves
