– Soak 200gms idli rice, 50gms thoor dal, 1 spoon urad dal, 1 spoon broken green gram, 1 pinch of salt and grind it to a thick coarse paste either in mixie or grinder
– Add grated jaggery, 1 banana, pinch of cooking soda and don’t add water
– Take it in a ladle and deep fry in oil or paniyaaram pan
