Tawa Chicken Fry

– Cut boneless chicken into cubes, soak red chillies in hot water and grind it to a fine paste, deep fry curry leaves in oil, crush it and chop garlic into fine pieces
– Mix all the above with coriander powder, pepper powder, egg white, curd, lemon juice, salt and marinate for an hour
– Add few drops of oil in a pan and shallow fry in pan until cooked
