Vellai Podi Meen Kuzhambu

– Add oil and sauté pearl onion, garlic, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and grind it to a fine paste
– Add oil in a pan and sauté vadagam, chopped small onion, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, grinded paste, tamarind juice and chopped mango
– Boil the gravy until cooked and add cleaned vellai podi meen/neththili meen
– Cook for 2 mins and switch off the stove
