Mor/Butter Milk Kuzhambu

– Soak and grind thoor dal, cumin seeds, raw rice, coconut, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
– Mix the grinded paste with curd, turmeric powder and salt
– Cook drumstick, ladies finger, brinjal or chow chow with some salt separately
– Add oil and sauté tadka, tomato, cooked vegetable and the kuzhambu
– Once it starts boiling, switch off the stove and add coriander leaves at the end
