Dal Rasam

– Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard, curry leaves, cumin seeds, freshly grinded pepper, smashed garlic, finely chopped tomato, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder and salt
– Once the tomatoes turns mushy add tamarind water
– Boil it for sometime unlike the normal rasam
– Add coriander leaves and add boiled toor dal to it
– Boil it again until everything gets blended well
