Kadalai Paruppu Poorna Kozhukattai

– Grate coconut and sauté until golden brown
– Pressure cook bengal gram until soft and smash it in ladle
– Mix grated coconut, smashed bengal gram, pinch of salt and powdered jaagery
– Add salt water and hot water to rice flour and knead to a thick dough
– Make small balls out of it in plantain leaves and flatten it
– Keep small quantity of poornam in it and make as half moon sized kozhukattai’s
– Steam cook in idli pan
