Cupcake (Tutti Frutti cupcake)

– Sieve 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and
1/2 tsp baking soda in a large bowl
– In another bowl, add 2/3 cup sugar, 2/3 cup unsalted butter and 1 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence and mix well with the electric blender
– Then add 3 eggs into the wet mixture and mix well again with the electric blender
– Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix well
– Add tutti frutti at the last and bake for 15 mins at 180 degree celsius in oven
