– Add water in a pan and cook until it boils
– Add 15 mins soaked rice in the boiling water and cook for 75% percent
– Drain the water and keep it ready
– Add oil in a pan and sauté onion until golden brown
– Add beans, carrot, potato, green peas and sauté for sometime
– Add ginger garlic paste, big sized chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, red chilly powder, curry powder, salt and sauté for 2 mins
– Add the cooked rice over it and keep dum on it by covering with a turkey towel and then the lid
