– Boil potatoes, carrot, beans, green peas and smash to a coarse paste – Mix atta, vegetable mixture, cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curry masala powder, oil, water and salt – Make small thick chapathi’s and cook in dosa tawa
