  • Paruppu Thuvayal

    – Add oil and sauté thoor dal, pepper, red chillies and garlic – Grind the above with salt to a coarse paste

  • Garlic Chutney

    – Grind more garlic, half onion, 1 big tomato, red chillies, little tamarind and salt to a paste. – Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard, broken urad dal, curry leaves, chutney and boil it for few minutes

  • Coconut Coriander Chutney

    – Add oil in a pan and saute chopped onion, tomato, urad dal, bengal gram, coriander seeds, garlic, coconut, red chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt – Grind it and add tadka to it ,

  • Peanut Chutney

    – Grind peanut, red chillies, tamarind, garlic cloves and salt – Add tadka to it
