  • Urad Dal Porridge

    – Soak 50 gms of urad dal and 1 tsp of raw rice – Grind it in mixie with water – Boil it with salt in a pan – Add cardamom powder, grated coconut and jaggery and boil it for few mins

  • Kollu/Horse Gram Porridge

    – Dry roast horse gram and broken green gram until golden brown – Pressure cook par boiled rice, little horse gram and little broken green gram – Once the pressure subsides, add salt according to taste
