  • Green Gram Thanni Sambar

    – Add oil, tadka and sauté small onions, smashed garlic and tomatoes – Add boiled full green gram, tamarind juice, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt – Add coriander leaves to it

  • Sambar Rice

    – Soak equal quantity of thoor dal and rice for 30 mins – Add sambar powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, chopped onion, tomato, carrot, beans, brinjal, potato, curry leaves and salt – Pressure cook for 10 whistles and add tadka, coriander leaves once the pressure subsides ,

  • Sambar Powder 1.65 Kg

    – 1kg coriander seeds, 350gms red chillies, 50gms pepper, 50gms cumin seeds, 50gms turmeric, 50gms fennel seeds, 50gms fenugreek, 200gms red gram, little asafoetida cake, little dried curry leaves – Dry the above in hot sun and grind it in rice mill
