ALOO PARATHA

– Boil potatoes, peel the skin and smash it well.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, finely chopped onion, green chillies, mashed potatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, channa masala powder or garam masala powder, red chilly powder and salt.
– Add more chopped coriander leaves after switching off the stove.
– Make small thick chapathi’s, keep the stuffing, roll it into paratha’s and cook in dosa tawa.
