KARANAIKIZHANGU FRY

– Cut karanaikizhangu into small pieces.
– Boil tamarind water and add chopped karanaikizhangu, turmeric powder and salt.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, boiled karanaikizhangu and red chilly powder.
– Fry until it gets cooked.
