NAVATHAANIYA KOFTHA

– Soak raw rice, bengal gram, whole green gram, red gram and grind to a fine paste.
– Mix saththu maavu, chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, red chilly powder and salt.
– Make round balls out of it and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, slit green chillies, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, sambar powder, white pepper powder and salt and grind it to a fine paste.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, grounded paste, ginger powder, red chilly powder, sambar powder and deep fried koftha’s.
– Add chopped coriander leaves after switching off the stove.
