Navadhaniya Adai

– Soak 1 cup idli rice, 1/2 cup thoor dal, 1/2 cup black chick peas, 1/4 cup black urad dal, 1/4 cup green gram, 1/4 cup masoor dal, 1/4 cup horse gram, 1/4 cup rajma beans, 1/4 cup (wheat or wheat flour) for 3 hours and grind with red chillies to a coarse consistency in a blender
– Add oil in a pan, saute mustard seeds, Bengal gram, urad dal, curry leaves, chopped onion and add it to the adai mixture
– Add fennel seeds powder, chopped coconut pieces (optional), coriander leaves and salt
