Saamai/Little Millet Khichdi

– Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard, broken urad dal, bengal gram, cashew nuts, chopped onions, ginger, green chillies, chopped tomato, drumstick leaves and salt
– Add 3 cups water to it and let it boil for sometime
– Add 1 cup saamai and once it comes to khichdi consistency, add grated coconut and switch off the stove
