Sprouted Green Gram Fried Rice

– Soak whole green gram for one day and make sprouts out of it
– Chop carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum, onion and spring onion into small pieces
– Add more oil and saute sprouted green gram, chopped vegetables, sweet corn, till it gets cooked
– Add freshly grinded pepper powder, salt, already cooked and cooled rice into it
