– Chop carrot, beans, onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
– Boil the potato, smash it well and keep aside.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, beans and green chillies.
– Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds powder, garam masala powder, little red chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and cook until it’s done.
– Add the cooked mixture and chopped coriander leaves to the smashed potato.
– Shape it into round cutlets, dip it in maida, egg white, salt, water batter and then in breadcrumbs and rava mixture and deep fry in oil.
