ENGLISH KAAIKARI PIRATTAL

– In a cooker add finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped tomato, 2 cups
full of cubed veggies – potato, carrot, beetroot
– Grind 1/2 cup coconut, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp pottu kadalai, 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder, red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp curry masala, 1 tbsp ginger
garlic paste and salt to a fine paste
– Add the paste on the top of veggies and add about 1/2 cup water
– Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles and add finely chopped coriander leaves
once the pressure subsides
