BABY CORN SOUP

– Pressure cook 10 baby corns, 1 big onion and 1 potato for 4 whistles.
– Keep aside 4 baby corns and grind the remaining to a fine paste.
– Chop those 4 baby corns and garlic to very thin slices and very small pieces respectively.
– Add butter in a pan and sauté chopped baby corns and garlic.
– Add maida and sauté for sometime.
– Then add milk and grounded paste to the boiling soup.
– Add pepper powder and salt according to taste.
