KUTHIRAIVALI UTHAPPAM

– Grind 3 cups of soaked kuthiraivali, 1 cup of black urad dal and 1 tsp fenugreek and add salt and curd to the batter.
– Leave it for 3 hrs and then make the uthappams.
– Add chopped carrot, tomato, sprouted whole green gram and ginger to the batter.
– Powder flax seeds and add to the batter.
– Make uthappam in dosa tawa and add grated carrot, tomato and coriander leaves on it.
– Once uthappam is ready, sprinkle powdered flax seeds over it.
