CURRY LEAVES KUZHAMBU

– Add oil in a pan and sauté bengal gram, urad dhal, cumin seeds, pepper seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and grind it to a fine powder.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté mustard seeds, turmeric powder, tamarind water, grounded powder and salt.
– Boil it until the raw smell goes and switch off the stove.
