GOBI MASALA

– Cook cauliflower pieces in hot salted water with a pinch of turmeric powder. 
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cauliflower, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt. Cook until soft and keep it aside. 
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt. 
– Once the onions turn golden brown, add tomatoes, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. 
– Once the tomatoes turn mushy, cool the mixture and grind to a fine paste. 
– Add water to the above paste and boil it. 
– Add cooked cauliflowers, kasuri methi leaves and coriander leaves till everything gets blended well.
