TOMATO DOSA

– Soak 1 1/2 cup raw rice, 1/2 cup par boiled rice, 1/4 cup urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds for 3 hrs, then add tomatoes, green chillies, pearl onions, salt and grind it to a dosa batter.
– Add jeera powder, little red chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves and tadka to the batter.
– Prepare dosa in the dosa tawa.
