FISH BRIYANI

– Cook rice separately in a cooker.
– Fry required fish for briyani in a dosa tawa.
– Chop onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
– Add oil in a pan and sauté cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
– Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and water to it.
– Once the gravy is ready, add cooked rice to it.
– Then add fried fish, chopped coriander leaves and carefully mix it.
