SHAKKARPARA aka MAIDA BISCUITS

– Add 1 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2
cardamom finely powdered, 2 tbsp ghee or melted butter and sprinkle some
water to knead it to a soft non sticky dough
– Rest it for 10 mins
– Roll it thick than a chapathi batter and cut into diamond shapes and fry
it in oil
