CAPSICUM CARROT PEAS MASALA

– Cut capsicum and carrot into small cubes.
– Grind ginger, garlic, onion and tomato.
– Add oil in a pressure cooker and sauté mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves, vegetables, green peas, grounded masala, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
– Add coriander leaves after pressure subsides.
